It’s pretty fun each time we come. My kiddos ages 4 & 8 enjoy the rides, the outdoor play structures and shows. They enjoy the theme park even though neither kids are really into legos. Christmas time is especially festive. The smoked turkey legs are pretty good as well as the churros and the ramen place could use some work (especially for the price). Staff are nice and they do lots of cleaning all day.

DO NOT WORK WITH KEOKI. A friend and I rented a house in Ballard for 1 1/2 years and he was easily the worst landlord we've ever had. His lack of communication was astounding and we couldn't understand why. The biggest reason for the low rating is that they tried to steal our deposit. We told him that we were moving out and there was no communication from him at all. We had to send a certified letter saying that we were leaving the premises. He was supposed to come by for an inspection but flaked on us at the last min. To to... read more

Stephanie and Keoki hit it out of the park. I would give them 7.385 stars if this were a 7.385 star scale! I have such an appreciation for someone in any-kind of sales role that isn't pushy, and they weren't at all. They were flexible and attentive, like good yoga instructors. We almost considered never finding a home so that we wouldn't have to stop seeing them.
