Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Andrea was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and gave some helpful advice concerning whitening. Dr. Thompson was funny and friendly, and told me things I didn't know about sweet liquids. The office was clean and modern and Laura (at the front desk) was so nice. After leaving a dentist that I loved in Richmond, I feel that I've made a great selection here in Blacksburg!

Dental Phobia Therapy, this would be an accurate description of the entire staff! I have always had a severe phobia of dental visits but by the end of my visit with Dr. Thompson I found myself at ease. He even greeted me in reception when I arrived. The whole staff was warm, inviting and very understanding. Thanks to them I am finally on my way to a new smile and renewed confidence, and much quicker than I had anticipated. Thanks so much!
