Very pleasant and up beat visit. Everyone from the receptionist, Amber the Hygienist and also the ... Very pleasant and up beat visit. Everyone from the receptionist, Amber the Hygienist and also the new Doctor were very kind and informative. They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was in comfort as much as possible. Very uplifting experience.

I recently moved and was looking for a new dentist. I was beyond impressed with the services and staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by name and a smile. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and genuine. The technology that the hygienist and dentist use is very up-to-date and modern. The knowledge and care I recieved was exceptional and I would recommend Dr. Thompson and associates to anyone!

I've avoided dentist appointment's for years. I'm a smoker and the lectures became annoying, but tho office was the friendliest, most polite, open, warm and welcoming group of individuals I've ever seen. I was asked where I wanted my care to go, how quickly I wanted to reach my goals, and how I wanted things handled. I've found my dream dental care office and the search for a dentist is over! I'd highly recommended this office to anyone in need of oral care.

Really like the focus on the customer and your obvious commitment to continuous improvement. You are up there with USAA and Amazon in terms of "customer first" mentality. Others should come and learn from you. Keep working to improve value to the customer, reduce waste, and reduce your cost.
