UPDATE: I want to update my previous review. After posting, Chuck reached out and explained that the Challenger electrical panel was in fact noted in the inspection report, and I had unfortunately overlooked it. I appreciate that he took the time to call and walk me through the report. That level of responsiveness shows professionalism and integrity. The company has been responsible and trustworthy in addressing my concern. My apologies for the oversight on my end.
Very easy to work with all I did was email and they did the rest. Very quickly got our Radon test done and report back in a few hours!!
Ben was very thorough and detail-oriented while also being efficient. He answered our questions throughout the inspection and also offered his number to address any questions regarding the report. The report was full of picture and well-organized for easy understanding. Highly recommend!
