Terrible. POOREST communication I've ever seen (and an email from office staff admitting so). God help you if one slight thing leads to a question. The allergy testing is some fraudulent voodoo nonsense (disproved completely by another allergist). They charge you for phone call consultations and then lie about the length of the call.
