Terrible. POOREST communication I've ever seen (and an email from office staff admitting so). God help you if one slight thing leads to a question. The allergy testing is some fraudulent voodoo nonsense (disproved completely by another allergist). They charge you for phone call consultations and then lie about the length of the call. Arlene and Dr Bergeron both have magic powers in my humble opinion. I've struggled for 5 years with major skin issues which then led to digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalance, anxiety, sleep issues and more. Staff behind the scenes are compassionate and competent. Nurses are everything they need to be for someone fighting cancer who has chosen the non-conventional route. They keep you abreast of all you need to know and are inspiring! Doctor is not so bad either. Dr B’s protocol is helping husband to get rid of cancer without invasive treatments 👍🏻
