Joe, the owner, and a member of his team cleaned the carpet in our basement and on the stairs from/to it this past week. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and personable, their work was excellent, and the price charged for their service was very good. I appreciate the cleaning method that they use, which conserves water (and, as a result, enables the cleaned carpet to dry much more rapidly than steam cleaning!) and uses products that are safe ecologically.

We tried them when we bought our house because they were the only ones who didn't charge to come to Mooresville. They were so nice and did a great job! When we had a terrible pet mess on our new carpet they came out and took care of it. Excellent service once again! Our carpet looks brand new again! Thanks again guys!!!
They've cleaned the carpets at the church I pastor twice. They do a great job, are punctual, and even helped me take down the chairs that hadn't been cared for, without hesitation. Who does that?! We'll continue to use their services as long as they're willing. Such great service!
