Kelley was so lovely to work with even though I was (accidentally) a really difficult client. I unknowingly gave her a delivery address that ended up being a post office. She called me to say she’d pick them up and deliver them again if I got the right physical address. Then there was a problem with my credit card because the CC company’s fraud alert system has a hair trigger… I felt really bad for the experience she had but she was patient through it all. They put together and delivered a beautiful sympathy arrangement - and because I'm out of town, they sent a photo of it delivered. I was very pleased. THEN, they sent a second one, because they decided (notwithstanding the gorgeous photo), the first did not live up to their standards! Given the purpose of the bouquet, I know the second one was appreciated as much as the first. Wonderful customer service and gorgeous arrangements. I highly recommend Real Flowers Every Day and their team of artists.

Wow. 10/10 experience. I had a sad situation with a custom request, and they started working without a second thought. They took my unique request to heart and treated me with kindness and care. They actively communicated, provided photos, and made sure I was 100% happy. I will not trust anyone else with my flowers in the east bay. Thank you!
Can’t recommend them enough! Flowers were tastefully done, and they accommodated a last minute rescheduled delivery gracefully and professionally. The photo speaks for itself!
