They put together and delivered a beautiful sympathy arrangement - and because I'm out of town, they sent a photo of it delivered. I was very pleased. THEN, they sent a second one, because they decided (notwithstanding the gorgeous photo), the first did not live up to their standards! Given the purpose of the bouquet, I know the second one was appreciated as much as the first. Wonderful customer service and gorgeous arrangements. I highly recommend Real Flowers Every Day and their team of artists.

I received a 1-1.5 foot, lackluster arrangement that only had a few purple/orange flowers in it. It's completely different from the "Designer's Choice" that I purchased, which is supposed to be 24-36 inches tall (double) with large “red, white, and pink blooms.” NONE of these expectations were met. My delivery driver waited for 1.5 hours while the florist took their time to put the arrangement together. Wow. 10/10 experience. I had a sad situation with a custom request, and they started working without a second thought. They took my unique request to heart and treated me with kindness and care. They actively communicated, provided photos, and made sure I was 100% happy. I will not trust anyone else with my flowers in the east bay. Thank you!
