They put together and delivered a beautiful sympathy arrangement - and because I'm out of town, they sent a photo of it delivered. I was very pleased. THEN, they sent a second one, because they decided (notwithstanding the gorgeous photo), the first did not live up to their standards! Given the purpose of the bouquet, I know the second one was appreciated as much as the first. Wonderful customer service and gorgeous arrangements. I highly recommend Real Flowers Every Day and their team of artists.

Wow. 10/10 experience. I had a sad situation with a custom request, and they started working without a second thought. They took my unique request to heart and treated me with kindness and care. I’ve ordered from Kelley before, and her dried flower arrangements are truly one of a kind. This time, I ordered a fresh flower arrangement, and when DoorDash cancelled the order for no reason, I was devastated.
