David and Amanda are great to work with! I asked them to help me sell a rental house back in February of this year only to be talked out of it by a relative who had a friend that wanted to buy it. David was extremely helpful with my house sale- he helped me set a good price and had multiple offers for me right away. When an initial offer fell through (because of the buyer) David worked super hard to get another offer back on the table for more money! Amanda was great with getting my paperwork through right away. Plus they are both just super great people!! I highly recommend using their services!

It was a great pleasure for us to work with Amanda and David. They were helpful at every step of the process. Our house was not easy to sell due to powerlines close by and a detention pond in the back. Their recommendations, for example what color paint to use, helped us get the house ready for the market. Amanda had to work really hard for the buying and selling of our house. We had a very small area we wanted to stay in to try to keep our kids in the same school district and pretty specific wants in a new house.
