This company is in charge of our HOA. We receive absolutely no communication from ***** who is supposed to be our "property manager" for our dues. They use a payment service called TOPS. I have enrolled in auto pay multiple times and have been kicked off by the system multiple times. When this occurs, we receive no emails, calls or communication from ***** or anyone at the **** LLC team. They simply add a $100 fee for past due *************** and move on. If zero was an option that would be my selection for a review. This company is awful, starting with their first point of contact Suzanne that answers the phone as well as the managers responsible for the associations. I’m beyond happy that our association has finally decided to kick this company to the curb and go with another local company. Since we purchased our condo in 2008 they’ve been nothing but a headache, rude and completely incompetent. ZERO STARS WASN'T AN OPTION, BUT THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with! We have set up an automatic deduction from our account to pay our HOA fees, yearly, twice a year, etc - I have had to now do this 3 times. Every single year I set up a recurring payment, online, that never ends up being used, and somehow is magically remove, and I am not notified that my parents are not going through until they threaten to take me to collections.
