Working with Toby made selling our family home easy. He was always early for our appointments and had a calm demeanor the entire process. When we had questions, he responded immediately and never got his ruffles ruffled. He paid attention to all the details, even when we weren’t thinking. Toby was such a pleasure to work with, both as a listing agent and a buyers agent! As a buyers agent he was more than accommodating with our busy schedule. Along with our firm “must have list”, we never felt pressure from him to purchase something that was not right for us.
