I was a first time homebuyer and closed on my house today. I worked with Cathy and I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how good she was to me. She was there for any and every question I had. Working with Toby made selling our family home easy. He was always early for our appointments and had a calm demeanor the entire process. When we had questions, he responded immediately and never got his ruffles ruffled. He paid attention to all the details, even when we weren’t thinking. He always responded quickly by text and always offering to come by and go over things with us. The icing on the cake was the immediate and lasting friendship with our doggie. Highly recommend Toby!
