I appealed nurmerous property tax bills through Retag in 2018. They got 1 small ~$100 reduction. They got no results for the rest and even pulled some of the cases. They NEVER followed up to let me know results. I believe they did no work on my behalf. Then, they threatened to send me to collections for an unpaid bill of $27 which I never received because they sent it to a non-existent address.
