Be VERY careful going through Armon B******. He was our Realtor AND Financial Lender. Armon never disclosed what it meant to be both Realtor and Financial advisor. He never gave us an approval letter but only a ball park figure in home buying. When we found a home and we were in Escrow it was Nine days before closing he wanted me to take out a $50k line of credit out on my house, we told him from the start we had $30k to put down, he sent me a link for a bank to get that line of credit.
