The management and office are great!!!! Sarah and Cassandra were very helpful with the apartment, whole process was very smooth and straightforward, they are on top of repairs, great community and neighbors!!!!! I highly recommend leasing from them!!!!
Terrible property management. Sarah is so unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. Pay attention the one star reviews carefully. I would not recommend living at ANY of their listed properties due to the lack of honesty and integrity.
I lived in a unit that was overseen by this company and I must say, they were so very good to me. I lived there for eight years and they did all they could to make my stay comfortable and take care of me. Any problem I had, they sent maintenance out to fix the issue immediately. They raised my rent throughout the years, but it was well within reason. All in all, I had such a wonderful time living in the unit under real estate solutions of Alaska.
