BED BUGS, DEAD FIREPLACE, COUNTLESS WATER LEAKS, ATTEMPT TO FORCE ME INTO HOA (they failed to add it to the lease), REFUSAL TO PAY WATER BILL OVERAGES, AND FAILURE TO WINTERIZE THE PROPERTY RESULTING IN BUSTED PIPES! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
