I contacted this company in May 2015 to inspect and repair the roof on a house we were planning to sell. The repairs they did were incomplete and they failed to detect dry rot in visible areas of the roof decking. In addition the future buyer's home inspection report made it very clear that the roof was a tear down- this was never communicated to us by Real Estate Roofing. Nothing but terrible experiences with Real Estate Roofing. Their “3 year leak guarantee” is a lie. Once they complete the work, you’ll never be able to get a hold of them again. I would not recommend Real Estate roofing for any roofing needs.
THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed to call themselves a roofing company!!!! "Best in Roofing" What a joke!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Please do not hire this company for anything. You will be very sorry if you do!
Do not use this company. The job was not completed and I was given a bill. I had to waste my time to meet with the supervisor to prove that the moss was not off of the roof. To top it off personal property was missing after they left and I live in a gated community!
Owners do not want to stand behind their work; both of them are rude and nasty if you ever complain. – This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with and we have lived in five different states and relocated many times. We have had work done on our homes by many different types of contractors but this company actually shocked me with their lack of common manners and decency.
