Randy and his team are incredibly helpful and professional. With their expert guidance, we were able find excellent tenants and move through all the steps of listing, applications, and move-out/in. They maintained constant communication with our previous tenants, our contractors, and our new tenants to manage a flawless transition of the lease. We live out of state and are not able to manage all the details involved in signing new occupants. They were there for us every step of the way.
