Frank Mastroianni sold us a house in the spring of 2025. He is the realtor for the house and he also renovated the house with subcontractors. We bought the house in good faith, with an escrow account to fix the pool which was closed and due to the weather could not be opened at the time. It has now been 10 months since we bought the house. After receiving estimates for $12-$40,000 to fix the pool and submitting those to the Realtor/flipper he has refused to release the escrow funds for repair of the pool.
