Stay far away from Kristen. She made my family member get pre-approved twice, seemingly does not speak to her clients whatsoever before dealing with potential buyers or negotiating terms. The process of trying to buy a house from her client was the most difficult I have ever seen for no valid reason. Frank Mastroianni sold us a house in the spring of 2025. He is the realtor for the house and he also renovated the house with subcontractors. We bought the house in good faith, with an escrow account to fix the pool which was closed and due to the weather could not be opened at the time. It has now been 10 months since we bought the house. After receiving estimates for $12-$40,000 to fix the pool and submitting those to the Realtor/flipper he has refused to release the escrow funds for repair of the pool.
