Great place to work and to meet interestIng people.
I just called the Real Estate One Royal Oak office today to schedule a visit to view a condo in Royal Oak. Did not get a warm fussy from the receptionist and was asked by the agent she transferred me to "Did you pre-qualify?" I asked if that is criteria to see a property. I was told yes. What is that? Seriously? That is the first thing you ask? For that alone, I will never use your office. I've been in my current home for 16 years and have not needed to deal with anyone in real estate.
