If planning on hiring a realtor from this Broker to list your home PLEASE make sure you sign a short term listing contract only! Because you will find out the hard way that you really signed a untradtional long term contract. The worst part is realizing your family is NOT a good fit with the realtor and the manager/broker holds your home hostage then force you to continue to work with the realtor you don't trust....Don't make the same mistake we did lesson learned
