Nate listened carefully to my financial capability and the kind of home I wanted. He was very responsive in providing appropriate appointments for viewing. I was in my lovely new home in just over a month. As this was my first buy, he walked me through the process with great patience and explained (more than once) what each step entailed. Nate was very thorough in protecting my interests.

I first met Nathan Nate Trent in Feb 2013. I was searching for a foreclosure condo. He was diligent and found my very low priced condo. Even tho he did not get a large commission, he treated me as if I was a million dollar client. Fast forward to Dec 2023, I called Nate as I had decided to sell my condi. Once again he went above ND beyond. He posted theistic on Thursday night and before 5 o'clock Friday he had a signed full price contract.
