Nate is an excellent agent. He is willing to show you as many properties as you like with absolutely no pressure to buy until you are ready. Unlike many agents, he suggests things that are in your best interest not what would put the most money in his pocket. Nate is hands down chico's best realtor. We tried other realtors they had nowhere near the level of expertise as Nate Smith. We were so lucky to have such an attentive realtor. He always called us back quickly and did a great job negotiating on our behalf. He showed us quite a few houses but did not give up, until we found our dream home. He made sure esrow went smoothly and gave us all the inside details. He even treated us to lunch. We could not have asked for a better home buying experience.
