Students, stay away from 20 Hemenway. I didn’t have a problem with this management company because they just wrote up the lease, but the people who are actually on the lease are slumlords, Sabet Management. Sabet hides behind this company because they’re awful. You’ll never meet them until you’re moving out when they enter your apartment without notice early in the morning, and without knocking and harass you to move out well before 5pm. They make it impossible to make any sort of payments for your apartment. Every single time I've tried to make a payment over the past couple years they lose it and I have to resend it. Very difficult to get into contact with...

Will NOT answer your calls about complaints regarding pricing of any kind. Have had broken laundry machines for MONTHS and they have more than doubled the price of laundry as well as raising rent. Management office will refer you to maintenance for any problems and then maintenance office will "take down your report" and "have someone call you".... you will never get a call. Maintenance issues are never handled properly, there is ALWAYS pre-existing damage in your apartment.
