Stayed in one of these apartments for a summer, and dealt with terrible treatment from the management after moving out. Our security deposit was *lost in the mail* via USPS and they initially refused to write us a new one. Accused us about lying about losing the check. Tanializ was incredibly disrespectful to one of my roommates over the phone. It was an overly stressful experience that was not dealt with in a respectful manner.

Incredibly rude to their tenants and poor management of the property. Tania Sanchez is a hostile, unprofessional Property Manager.

Students, stay away from 20 Hemenway. I didn’t have a problem with this management company because they just wrote up the lease, but the people who are actually on the lease are slumlords, Sabet Management. Sabet hides behind this company because they’re awful. You’ll never meet them until you’re moving out when they enter your apartment without notice early in the morning, and without knocking and harass you to move out well before 5pm. They make it impossible to make any sort of payments for your apartment. Every single time I've tried to make a payment over the past couple years they lose it and I have to resend it. Very difficult to get into contact with...

nothing will ever change until management companies who only care about money are out of business. please, don’t rent from here.
