I've had the worse luck with selling our house and worse luck dealing with Prudential Real Estate and Property Management. The agent I spoke to toted that he won an award for being the best....my experience not so much. Property management was not much better. Of course after signing the agreement, I was out more money than expected. The loop hole in the contract was "anything less than $350 if the property manager deems needed fixing or replacing, they don't tell you, they just send you a receipt of what was done.
