Jose was very friendly and up-front about all the options out there for me. I enjoyed the fact that he stayed on top of everything and got it done. He always tried to let you know if there was going to be any issue and what it was ahead of time. In all honesty, anything that had a slight delay was totally out of his hands and yet he would still apologize up and down for it. I cannot recall any issues, everything went smoothly. We just completed our cash-out refinance and it was a great first-time experience for us. Our house appraised at close to 100k more than when we bought it 3 years ago, and we are now able to do some of the things we've been wanting to do to update. Jose was excellent to work with. All of our questions were answered clearly and promptly, and his experience in the business really showed.
