One star is more than REIS deserves at this point. We recently had a condo real estate transaction and REIS is the management company that was hired by the condo board. Charles Freitag, the owner of this company, was extremely irresponsible and negligent responding to our attorney's requests. Apparently, he is the only individual at REIS that was able to complete required documentation for the closing. I unfortunately couldn’t give 0 stars but since living where I do I hands downs would. This management company didn’t care about the residents, or owners of our community. If you have an HOA and the manager is Candee I’d run away. Her intention is to complain about emails, phone calls, and honestly her job to everyone of the community. She will do her best to run everyone dry of their money for as long as she can help REIS do this.
What a terrible company. Not sure how they are even in business and why anyone hires them to manage any of their properties. They don’t respond to issues in any what of a timely manner, sometimes not at all. Their lack of action or response to issues they are responsible for force homeowner to do the repairs themselves to avoid further damage and then when you try to get reimbursement no one responds to calls or emails. This business is a scamming business. They run my HOA at my condo. I’m not sure what I am paying over $300 a month for. They have volunteers for everything from gardening to the pool upkeep. They willl fine you for everything possible. Every single one of my neighbors is also upset with them. I’ve been having wasp infestations in my building and around that they just seem to be avoiding fixing. They had started crawling into my unit from vents.
