I would give this management company zero stars if I could. The worst. I've lived in a condo for 26 years. I've seen plenty of management companies. This one just takes your money but ignores phone calls, emails, and even ignores people during the board zoom meetings. They refuse to even acknowledge things that need to be fixed, let alone fix them. My top floor unit ceiling has water damage, mold, and bowing.

This company will not respond to residents. We currently to have a major ongoing issue with the village and the board and this company will not respond to homeowners. Charles is the owner and he has been emailed multiple times by many homeowners and refuses to answer the phone or any emails. This is going on for months now. I’ve been asking for information for over two months and not even a single reply from him. In our last meeting he was less than understanding to homeowner concerns. One star is more than REIS deserves at this point. We recently had a condo real estate transaction and REIS is the management company that was hired by the condo board. Charles Freitag, the owner of this company, was extremely irresponsible and negligent responding to our attorney's requests. Apparently, he is the only individual at REIS that was able to complete required documentation for the closing. I unfortunately couldn’t give 0 stars but since living where I do I hands downs would. This management company didn’t care about the residents, or owners of our community. If you have an HOA and the manager is Candee I’d run away. Her intention is to complain about emails, phone calls, and honestly her job to everyone of the community. She will do her best to run everyone dry of their money for as long as she can help REIS do this.
