This company is a scam!!!!. It is not a serious company. I left leaving everything in order and this lady Jaqueline took more than 50% of the deposit for herself when I had already left everything in order. She hired a company to just clean a fan for $250. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy or rent from them.
Lisa Herendeen did an amazing job with helping me prep and sell the home I grew up in. It was difficult to say goodbye to my parents home of 41 years. Lisa gave me some great advice on improvements that I could make to the home in order to increase my chances of finding a buyer. The first day that it was listed we had 2 offers and we ended up having to decide between multiple buyers. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge Lisa provided. I highly recommend Real Estate Ink.
Lisa, all of her staff and the title company she recommended were wonderful to work with...they made it easy and stress-free selling my home. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would happily pay for the privelege. I spent a year getting endlessly run around and finessed by Lisa and Mark, lying about work they were never doing, only to have them finally pull the listing so they can wait and relist it at a higher rent. This is a company of folks that will lie to your face with a smile, and I would urge the good people of Melbourne to take their business elsewhere.
