I sublet a furnished room from Rob Logie, a real estate agent affiliated with Homeward Brokerage. Shortly after moving in, I discovered a significant bed bug infestation in the unit and had to vacate shortly thereafter due to the conditions. the homes are to much money. I cannot buy a home yet, I do not have the money for one and I am still in school.
Homeward Real Estate demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite multiple requests for follow-up and repeated assurances that my concerns would be addressed, no one ever returned my calls or took any action. The brokerage’s complete failure to supervise or manage the situation reflects a breakdown in basic duty of care. Absolute waste of time. There’s a unit at 44 pharmacy that’s been sitting there for months. I saw a viewing for it, weeks go by and only after contacting the brokerage does Rebecca let me know he will pass. A month goes by and the brokerage contacts me saying the landlord will reconsider. So I reach back out to Rebecca and she says he will pass again. What? Haha. Also, the photos used on the online Ad aren’t even the actual photos of the unit.
