Very rude. I asked Brian Girio a question 3 times and he never got back to me. This is a real estate agency that is very rude to potential buyers.

My real name is Benjamin Delp I use to rent an apartment from them back in 2015-2016 they were pretty good too me i lived at 452 market st. And john was was my lanlord he was great wish i would've stayed there.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANY HOME PURCHASE OR SALE!!! Just recently closed on a transaction in which this company represented the buyers. The transaction ended up taking over 175 days to complete. The agent, Russ Lentz, is incompetent and neglectful with respect to real estate transactions. The transaction began on January 31, 2013 when an agreement of sale was signed.
