Rachel Le is the worse landlord ever! Not only does she constantly change her rules without written documents whenever she feels like it, she’s always very rude and invaded peoples privacy with her security cameras! I have been nothing but respectful to her, and even tried to have a conversation with her about my concerns with issues we were having. Rachel has been so welcoming and helpful when we first moved in. The apartment is well taken care of and she's always responsive if we need anything. Great experience!
Rachel Le of Real Estate Emporium verbally abused myself and neighbors of my apartment building. She has recently withheld my security despoil, using a scam including fake invoices. Myself and others are starting a class action against her.
Complete rip off!!! Just got charged 1300$ off of our safety deposit of 2100$ for items we were told we wouldn’t have to pay for. With sneaky contract wording and lies to your face, we are out a great deal of money. Worthless. My view of Hawaiian property managers is forever tainted by this company.
