They are the worst!! Use different company in my opinion based on experience
I have an ex-slumlord/owner, up until friday 6/2/2017 that sold the house to this company. Her house was in foreclosure for 2 years because she refused to pay her bank the mortgage. I am currently sueing her for inhabitable, Quiet Enjoyment and various charges. She kept mold in the walls and wouldnt hire anyone to come to the property to fix repairs or anything. I kept getting city notices for Overgrown Vegetation and etc. I refused to keep giving her rent money, due to breach of contract stating she will take care of repair... read more
