Joleen has an exceptional knowledge of the Real Estate business and all the integrity to round it out. She doesn't return phone calls! She's terrible. Very unprofessional!
Absolutely Horrible. Joleen does not care about her clients or other Realtors. I tried for several days to get in touch with her about a listing. She does not answer her phone, does not answer emails, does not answer texts (which was listed as the best way to get in touch) and never gets back in touch with you. How is she still in business?? I can not ever imagine closing a transaction with her. That would be a nightmare. People beware, do not waste your time with her she is very unprofessional and does not do her job.
Contacted her via phone, email, and text (which is what is listed as the best way to reach her on her voicemail) and never received a response. Just wanted some info on a property she had listed, even went so far as to call the company she works for (Pat Gray Real Estate) who informed me I would be hearing from her. Never did. The realtor we are currently using knows of her and immediately said, "oh yes, she's terrible about responding to anyone, even other realtors". Don't waste your time on this unprofessional woman.
Joleen does not seem to care about doing her job on a timely professional manner. Beware, she does not read contracts she receives. She also does not communicate with other realtors efficiently. This makes the home buying process truly frustrating, and unpleasant.
Knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm... A great realtor all around!
