My wife and I traveled to Hawaii to find a rental before moving there from the mainland. We spent two weeks in quarantine and a bunch of money in order to do this. We found an apartment on Craigslist and wound up getting in contact with John who was the property manager. I had items come up on my end that caused some headache on his part and he couldn't have handled a tough situation better. I had seen John's name around in the local real estate magazines and so on but had never known him before I first called after speaking with a few other agents. I have absolutely no regrets on choosing him! He brought in so many buyers to my home and it was great watching him do his negotiations knowing he was working in my best interest. To anyone interested in selling their home, I highly recommend him!
