I had a poor experience with Elena Christie and I do not recommend using her as your realtor. I worked with her recently as I have been trying to rent . She showed me a rental and had me start with the process. I received absolutely no updates about this situation until the day I had to reach out just to find out the property was suddenly sold!! We had a unforeseen problem at the closing table due to my slip up. Thankfully Iliana at the Title Authority Office and our mortgage person Rick Salerno were able to solve the problem and we were able to close without loosing the deal. Thanks to Title Authority and their Associates.
