I had Tim heffernan as a buyers agent for a SFH in SF during Fall 2020. I would NOT recommend this agent since he cannot be trusted. Everything seemed to go well until our offer got accepted. He was quick enough to make us use GCIS inspector Mark Nolfi who did a extremely sloppy job to ignoring rampant black mold in the property and sent the report to the wrong email address (with obvious type-o) and delay the report in my hands.
