I know there's a housing crisis but charging $1995 to live in a building that was built 1967 with a cock roach infestation that's so bad yourself can see them in the hallways between apartments is baffling. There isn't even an on site superintendent to address regular issues, which are numerous and daily occurrences. Consider a homeless shelter or overpass on the highway before renting at 34 Frederick ave, there will be less cock roaches.
Horrible service, disgusting, false hope, lies, judgemental, and they do not help the homeless population like they claim. Shame of you 🫵
They recently started managing my building and they have been nothing but pleasant to deal with. Very kind staff that are always there to answer every question I have. Very professional and seem to really know their stuff! Nothing but good things to say!
They refused to provide the price for a unit or allow a viewing before an application was submitted, then tried to collect payment and sign a lease without revealing the cost or allowing a view. The pictures weren't even of the unit, but a "similar unit" and a floorplan wasn't posted. Extremely unproffessional and predatory. Avoid at all costs!
Real Estate 360 has been great to deal with! The front desk and admin team are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is quick, and everything is well-managed. I’ve had a really positive experience as a tenant!
