They lie about everything. I am unable to sell my property after signing a contract with them 1 year ago. The contract is no longer valid but they placed an addendum on my title and the title will not clear. Have had to hire a lawyer to try to resolve this issue. Do not trust anything they tell you.
Do not work with this company! They literally LIE. Say 4-6 weeks, tell you they will be purchasing your property no matter what. Then forbid you to do anything and then act like they aren’t going to pay you after waiting 6 MONTHS. It’s giving class action lawsuit for fraud and false advertising
