The owner, Felecia, knowingly allowed up to 5 dogs to be in our families rental house when only 1 dog was permitted per the lease. The damage done is excessive - scratched wood doors, gauged window sills, ruined blinds, dog urine saturated carpet, and repulsive odor that has taken 3 months to extricate.
