Lovely people to work with, both friendly and knowledgeable. Would very much recommend.
They arrived an hour in a half late for our appraisal, showed up unprepared (made us take and text photos of our home at a later date) and literally had no idea about the area we were in. They asked if we even had city water and utilities because they weren't sure we were in Seattle. Why should someone from Puyallup, WA be allowed to appraise in Seattle city limits?
