RecommendedI was looking for a particular vehicle and stumbled onto a Range Rover from Real Deals of Florence. I must tell you knowing this dealership was hours away I didn’t think it would work out. I purchased a Jeep from them on February 13, 2020 and paid cash for it. I also paid them $185.00 to transfer my tags. It is July 28, 2020 and I still do not have my car registered or the title. I have filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and Real Deals will not respond after two attempts from the BBB. The Jeep shouldn’t have been on the lot for sale. It’s been one repair after another. I will never do business with them again and I plan to make sure everyone I know is warned. I can back up everything I have said... read more
Thank you Real Deals of Florence. They had a good selection of cars on the lot. Stephanie was awesome and very patient as my baby tried to decide on what she wanted. She asked questions and actually listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. We met two other staff members who were awesome as well. Thanks Stephanie and Real Deals!
