Amazing service they did everything possible to get me in a great vehicle and make sure the vehicle was more than ready to go. Melissa was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me even way after hours and also from home when she was not feeling well. I bought a car from Real Deal 2 + years ago and have been exceptionally pleased. Ken is an hONEST man; done everything he said he would do. a man of his word and has bent over backwards to make the deal right for his customer, namely me. The quality of the vehicle (2004 RAV 4) was and is superb, the price was good (below NADA) and any issues I had were dealt with quickly and positively. I would recommend Ken and Real Deal to anyone.
