Very detailed inspector. Great after office hours, not an 8-5am. Chris accommodated me in a very short notice. His hours are very flexible for those who work past 7pm. He responded quickly with only one call and gave me a detailed things that he will inspect before buying a home. He arrived on a timely manner and was respectful, exudes excellent customer service.
