Late writing review. Inspection done on 10/17/24. Mr. C. Mitchell did an excellent and thorough inspection of our now new home. His report was very detailed with many photos included. Mr. Mitchell was very friendly, respectful and professional.Highly recommend this inspection company.

Very detailed inspector. Great after office hours, not an 8-5am. Chris accommodated me in a very short notice. His hours are very flexible for those who work past 7pm. He responded quickly with only one call and gave me a detailed things that he will inspect before buying a home. He arrived on a timely manner and was respectful, exudes excellent customer service. Chris was awesome. Showed early, went through everything and talked to us about things he found. He was even willing to go back out and reinspect the items that were found defective during the original inspection.
