Great company. They are prompt and efficient. The contractor will show you what needs to be done and why it needs to be fix. He definitely pointed out things that I didn't notice. I also was able to download the report the next day. Give them a call their pricing is great as well. You won't feel like you are being taken advantage of. Great experience when you need it the most. Thank you.

Chris was responsive and easy to communicate with. I'm happy with his work and was able to get the inspection done before my deadline. He addressed some details about the home that I had overlooked during my own walk through. I can easily recommend him if you need a pre-purchase home inspection.
