Davien was the tech that came out and inspected the home we are purchasing. He was on time and very thorough. He was extremely professional and at the end of his inspection, he explained everything to us and said that the report would be sent later in the day. His communication was top-notch and I would recommend anybody looking for a home inspector to use him and his company for that task.
