They dont even allow you to go into their office anymore. If you have something urgent you cannot get in contact right away. You can either email or call their number. Unfortunately that number calls their maintenance department who cannot actually help you with anything. The most they do is "we will leave a note". Even if its repairs youre waiting 2+ years for. They are the best.
Rented there for two years the only reason I rent one of their houses is they were the only company that would let me have my dog every problem with the house took forever to get dealt with rent was about 300 more than what it should have been and now that I've cleaned the house so that it was even better than when I moved in, considering the toilet didn't work, the tub didn't drain and there were holes the size of hockey pucks in the walls and doors it wasn't hard to do, but never the less I wanted my 1500$ damage deposit b... read more
