Joe has done a great job with my renovation. He’s been very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. I’m very satisfied with the work quality. My neighbor is actually thinking to use Joe’s service after seeing my renovation. Five stars!
We undertook a renovation in 2023 to enclose our existing carport, create a new carport and replace windows to doors to access a new 40 sq meter undercover wooden deck. Joe was chosen as our builder. Joe worked with us and provided us with a great result which we are so grateful for. Always took the time to think through problems, communicate solutions and worked to schedule to deliver on our plans. Joe is very reliable and we have no hesitation in recommending Joe to help anyone needing a quality and honest builder.
Joe did a great job for us fixing the exterior of the back of our townhouse. He was always polite and punctual and showed up every day. There was a small problem that needed fixing after he completed the works and he came back and fixed it without any issues. We would definitely recommend him.
Joe Azopardi of Real Building Constructions is a very experienced and versatile builder. He is able to look at a problem and work out the most practical and least compicated way of fixing the problem. He is courteous, honest and a pleasure to have around.
Joe provided a high quality result at an economical cost. I needed an internal wall to be removed, a beam inserted and all surfaces finished. Communication and attendance were A++, quoted very quickly, negotiated soundly and turned up each day as communicated. Performed the job to a high standard, very happy with his work. If you want a reliable builder, who will go beyond the brief because he's just a good bloke, then Joe's you're man- can highly recommend.
