There is something extremely wrong with the owner Dave. He was very rude, abusive and nasty for no reason. Avoid this bike shop at all costs.

Got flat tire on my electric bike. Since we have done business with them before I took it there. The front tire assembly is just like any other bike. Nothing special. I made the mistake telling them it was an electric bike. They refused even to look at how easy the flat repair would have been. I considered it a real slap in the face since we had bought bikes there,had repair work done and bought a lot of add ons. Took it to another bike shop no problem. Will never be back
