I want to offer a great big thank you to Julian, Jane and the entire staff at Real Bikes. I am very pleased with the purchase of my new Giant Defy. The service at the store is top-notch and the people are friendly; what a great local bike shop! I live in north Manatee county, but I will be driving south to Venice for my cycling needs, from now on.
Sharkey's Ride the Beaches and had someone in our group with a flat, had an issue with our pump and here comes the 3 wheel rescue crew with Jane and Carl and the band to save the day!! They are the best bike shop in the state, left us with a smile and free Popsicles!! What could be better. Real Bikes is the bomb!!
The staff at real bikes are professional and caring. My bike came off the rack at 75 mph on the interstate, a guy picked it up before I could get back. Real bikes helped me get it back, the guy called them trying to find it's value.....Thet are fixing all it's problems. THANKS REAL BIKES!
Love the team, service and selection at Real Bikes. Based on my father's recommendation I traveled 4 hours to purchase a Liv Embolden from Jane last year and I'm still completely thrilled with it. Then my mom got her bike there. The follow up service for all of us has been amazing. I'm planning to add to my bike collection soon and despite the distance, I'll be purchasing from these guys. Thank you for taking such great care of my entire family!!

Want to thank all the staff for your quick service and great work on my hand cycle today. I broke the shifter cable on a training ride, called the store and they had me bring it in. The staff took the time to talk about the repair and the cycle and had same fixed,ready to ride in an hour. Could not be happier with how I was treated.
