Useless company, not helpful, save your time and go elsewhere.
We had a very disappointing experience with Real Alliance Real Estate, and the worst agents we have ever dealt with. particularly with Nandana and the team. When we first moved into the property in February 2023, it was managed by a different agent and was not properly cleaned. We had to clean the property ourselves before settling in. I would highly recommend Nandana and his team . He has been very prompt, professional, and clear in his communication throughout the process. He always takes the time to explain everything properly and makes sure his clients are happy and well looked after. He managed to find a suitable tenant for our property in less than a week after taking over, whereas the property had already been on the market with another agent for a couple of weeks without success.
I had a great experience with Real Alliance. On the inspection day, I received a warm and friendly welcome from SAVITHRI, who handled everything in a very professional manner. After going through the virtual video tour, I felt confident and decided to select this property. The paperwork process was completely stress-free, and all my documents were prepared efficiently by DISHANI. Overall, the customer service was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Real Alliance.
Real Alliance is honestly the worst agent we have ever rented through. Reported a hole in the roof back in August 2025, and when we vacated the property in April 2026 the hole had not been repaired or even attended to. It took 3 weeks for them to send out someone for the leak in the roof as well. 4+ weeks in the middle of winter to organise a heating repair which by law must be done in 24hours.
