We have taken house lease from this real estate company, in this house we are facing too many issues like aircon not working, cooktop not working properly, lot of bad smell in the rooms, and moreover no response and resolution of these problems. Please stay away from them
Nandana employee is very rude to tenants. He doesn’t know how to solve the issue. He will put you in trouble. Gave us a faulty house and told us it’s not their problem. When asked to solve the problems, he told us to leave the house or else fix it by yourself. Very rude. Don’t trust this agency.
