I can't express how impressed I am with Ian as my representative on both selling my home and purchasing my new home. Professionalism isn't enough to describe how Ian handled things for us. Ian is the Best of the Best hands down! He is honest, professional, always prompt in communicating and his market knowledge can’t be beaten! This is the 3rd home he has sold for our family and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!
Ian is a very knowledgeable realtor who guided us through the sale of my mom’s house after she passed. The house sold quickly when other houses in the neighborhood were not selling. He is also very personable…he brought pictures of my mom to closing to show the new buyer whose house they were purchasing and told them a little about my mom. It just meant so much to me!
