Ian did an amazing job! Listing my house - the pictures were beautiful, the open house went well, and my house sold faster than anyone else in my sub! And finding my new house - he did great there too. Even though the first house deal fell through (no fault of Ian), the second house we found was even better and we were able to offer and close in two weeks due to Ian’s great work.
