I spoke to Mr. Reagle in October 2018 about updating my will and a special needs trust for my son. He asked that I send any existing documents (which I did) and that he would review them and get back to me soon. After not hearing back for six weeks I reached out in December and received a brief reply stalling some more. I reached out a third time in January and this time he did not respond at all.
