If I could not give this salon a star, I would. This was by far my WORST salon experience I've ever had in 15 years. First of all, there was no one there at the time of my appointment. Secondly when someone did show up, the woman who was supposed to do my appointment didn't show up, so a girl from the East Town Spa had to be sent over half an hour later.
