I would give them a zero if I could. We waited in the parking lot for over 1 hour and never got to see a doctor. The PA and nurse were rude and only wanted to do a fast covid test so they could get paid. I bet they are charging everyone for the test and it is not needed in most cases. NEVER could see a DOCTOR !!. They should not be called a "Urgent Care" but rather "Slow Care". They are a disgrace to the medical profession. If you want to live ... GO TO ANOTHER FACILITY !!!!
